Breastfeeding Sisters
Breastfeeding Sisters Peer Support Program
Welcome to a nurturing and inclusive space dedicated to increasing breastfeeding rates and duration among Black women within the African American community. Our mission is to provide support and education that debunks myths, sets realistic goals, and addresses both the benefits and challenges of breastfeeding. We offer expert guidance from certified lactation consultants and peer lactation consultants—Black women with personal breastfeeding experience. Here, you’ll find valuable resources, share your journey, receive encouragement, and build connections, all within a non-judgmental and supportive environment
